Cancellation Policy
All rental periods must include set up and breakdown time. Renters will not be granted access to the facility before the contracted start time. All guest and event materials must be off site at the conclusion of the event. All events are subject to a $250.00 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 1 week after the event. All event bookings will incur a $150.00 cleaning fee. Deposits are required for all events booked in the Soiree and Grand Room. The deposit should accompany the online booking request. Deposits are only refundable up to 3 days after acceptance of event date by Campbell Occasions. After 3 days, deposits are non-refundable. Campbell Occasions will work with the client if a date change is requested, within availability of the venue. Renters are expected to comply to all venue restrictions as listed: No smoking, No alcohol sales, No hookah, No smoke or smog machines, No loitering, and No glitter or confetti. The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails, and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Catering: Renters are allowed to bring in food from caterers. Campbell Occasions reserves the right to request a catering license. Renters are asked to encourage guest to be aware of all parking restrictions in the surrounding neighborhood. Campbell Occasions is not liable for any consequence for illegal parking. At the conclusion of the event, renters are responsible for returning the venue to a broom-clean condition and kitchen counters must be wiped down, if used. All trash should be placed in designated area for pick-up.
